I don't really listen to boy bands. I like Goldie and jungle

"Well, I could lie and say i've got loads but i'm actually
sat here with not a penny on me, but in my bank... there's a

"It depends who it was and what situation I was in."

"I'd want to believe 10 but realistic, 5."

"Well no, but even if I did have I wouldn't tell ya."

"What do you mean? On our album? Probably for me it'd be
'Say You'll Be There or 'If You Can't Dance'."

"We haven't really made that many. There's one called 'Sugar
and Spice', but were not releasing that."

"I don't believe in God, I believe that God is an energy,
you know."

"Well I don't take drugs now but um, even if I did I
wouldn't tell you so the answer is no."

"Erm, I do actually because whether they be innocent or not,
they can come back in there next life and do some good."

"No I haven't. The first scandal about me was about that and
- it's completely true! No, I wouldn't mind it - you never

"It depends what kind of person they are for a start. If
they get narrow minded then the barriers will go up."

"What's that?"

"Yeah i've been depressed. I think I get depressed about
life things really, why the world is so fucked up."

"I think everybody has to a certain extent."

"Well hopefully i'd like to say I haven't got a prejudice
but I suppose i'm prejudiced against narrow minded people
and attitudes."

"Nothing, cause I wouldn't have done it really."

"My old music teacher, he was a right wanker."

Would you ever sleep with a friend's boyfriend?
"No way. That is morally going over the boundaries. Even
after they'd broken up. Who want's sloppy seconds?"

Are you really a nice, wholesome girl and not 'scary' at
all?
"Well I don't think i'm scary. I think i'm very honest
and up front in my opinions. No, I'm not scary at all, I can
get along with anybody."

Why are you desperate for fame?
"I'm not desperate for fame, I'm desperate to be heard, for
my opinions to be heard whether it be about Racism or
Equality or Girl Power."

When did you first realize 'I'm famous'?
"I haven't really."

Really? That's hard to believe.
"I don't think you ever do realize. You're always the same
person aren't you? at the end of the day you're still the
same person, you still sleep and eat and shit."

What's more important, to be well liked or successful?
"Neither. just being yourself is important."

Do you have any close platonic friends of the opposite
sex?
"Yeah, I do. I think it's just as important to have male
friends as having female ones."

"Love can come in many shapes and forms. I think a good
understanding of relationships and a good understanding of
people is important. Perhaps all you need is friendship?"

"Yeah, I would. Then i'd come back in disguise."

What would constitute a perfect evening for you?
"Either staying in, getting a chinese and watching TV, or
going out having a laugh and getting pissed.It depends what
mood i'm in."

What's the greatest accomplishment of your life so far?
"Staying alive! Staying strong and not letting myself get
diluted. Especially in this business."

Who do you fancy?
"I fancy everyone. Someone who gives off good karma - you
can see it in there eyes. If they've got a nice sparkle in
there eyes, i'll fancy them."

What's the secret of happiness?
"Listening to that inner voice, I think. Liberation is a key
part of it as well."
